Arrived at high and sea looked a mess and high up beach so took my time rigging to launch at 2pm. OK getting out but sea still lumpy mess and fell in a lot on turns far out. Only sailed until near 3pm and sea was starting to flatten. Less lumpy off golf and bad river chop far out. Elbow sore from a few weeks ago and wearing shortie as 4/3mmsuit broke so a short sail. Ian turned up and sea looked nicer for him 2 and half hours after high and looked like he was sailing well.
